Now Licensed in West Virginia!

Fostering. Healthier. Community.

More than 30,000 children in out-of-home care across West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio are waiting for a dependable, loving family to provide the care, safety and stability they need.

Could your family be the one they’re waiting for?

OVP FAMILY, a division of OVP HEALTH, was created in late 2024 to address this need by providing children and families with quality foster care and independent living services, as well as an unprecedented level of “wraparound” care.

OVP FAMILY recently received licensure from the West Virginia Department of Human Services and is now in the process of recruiting, training, and certifying foster parents across the Mountain State. Within the next few months, we also hope to secure licensure from the states of Kentucky and Ohio, so please check back with us for regular updates.

If you’re interested in learning more about becoming a foster parent, we invite you to explore these web pages, and to contact us, so we can reach out to you.
